Dear Harvard Alumni and Friends,

Harvard Business School (HBS) Gender Initiative and Harvard Center Shanghai cordially invite you to the 4th Annual HBS Women Leadership Forum. With the theme of “Changes through Expressions”, this year’s forum will bring Harvard alumni and practitioners from a range of industries together to explore how expressions can influence workplace and beyond. We expect you will experience and participate in an interactive sharing modeled after the HBS’s case method with special guests.

Special Guests (in alphabetical order by last name)

Jing Hong Partner, Hillhouse Capital Group

Jing Hong is the partner and head of private equity from Hillhouse Capital Group. She oversees the firm’s private equity business to strategize and expand its investments in multi-industries. Before joining Hillhouse Capital, she served as managing executive director at General Atlantic and worked at Warburg Pincus and McKinsey & Company. Jing Hong graduated from Tsinghua University and received an M.B.A. from HBS. She is also a member of the Young Presidents Organization.

Dr. Christine Tsui Fashion Critic

Dr. Christine Tsui is an independent columnist, fashion critic, and business consultant. She was a guest commentator and speaker for both Shanghai and Beijing Fashion Week. Previously worked for Nike, Belle and Li & Fung Limited for 15 years, she has rich experience in the fashion and retail sectors. Dr. Tsui received a Fulbright scholarship in 2013 to Parsons School of Design as visiting fellow. She graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Ph.D. degree.

Sha Sha Senior Partner, McKinsey & Company

Sha Sha is senior partner at McKinsey and leads Digital McKinsey in Asia. She has rich experience to help re-design new customer journey, identify new product development, and scale the innovation with end-to-end bottom line impact. Sha Sha is frequently invited by CBN, CCTV, and Oriental TV on business and social programs as the anchored guest. She received her bachelor degree from Peking University and graduated from HBS with an M.B.A.

Dr. Christine Zhou Senior Vice President, Eli Lilly

Dr. Christine Zhou is senior vice president from Eli Lily and head of Lilly Bio-Medicines and Lilly Oncology China. In her two decades career in Eli Lilly, Dr. Zhou has accumulated rich experience across value chains in the global pharmaceutical sector with focuses on China and U.S. markets. She graduated from Shanghai Medical University and then started her career as an internist at Zhongshan Hospital. Dr. Zhou graduated from the Advanced Management Program from HBS in 2012.

Dr. Yi-yun Zhang Psychologist

Dr. Yi-yun Zhang is psychologist, EQ educator and best-selling author. With expertise in emotional intelligence in work and leadership, she has conducted training for over 600 renowned organizations. Many popular TV programs often invite her as the anchored guest. In recent years, Dr. Zhang dedicates her research and practice in emotional education for preschoolers. She received her Ph.D. degree in Psychology from Georgia Institute of Technology.
